We work with a number of consultanies who have complimentary skills to our own. We know what we are able to do, and we know when we are best to work with those who have specialist skills.

Simulstrat runs simulations based on war-gaming methodology to test and validate the assumptions behind key business strategies. It models problems, explores solutions and helps develop strategies, resilience and training.

It is built on academic expertise in the methodology of war-gaming developed over 30 years within the King's College London War Studies Group by Professor Michael Clarke, Professor Sir Lawrence Freedman, Professor Ragnar Löfstedt and Mr Keith Britto.

The founding academics have developed a wide range of simulation techniques, which are dynamic, decision-making strategic tools based on war-gaming methodology. They simulate future factors (such as political, economic, technological) that will impact a business and its operating environment.
